The problem is that America elected a person to the white house with absolutely zero experience doing anything whatsoever. Now, the SC voters have the opportunity to close their eyes, click their heels together and hope that another candidate who has zero experience doing anything whatsoever having to do with leading, with the Senate, with the constitution, with civility(obviously if he is currently indicted on a charge that has to do with lewd activity), with no idea what it means to partake in civil discourse, etc.......
I think it is quite possible that a bunch of half wits, given the opportunity to elect someone who is pretty much a replica of the freaking president, just may do so.
I am praying for the voters of SC-though, they keep electing Lindsay Graham, so I don't have any faith that they will do the right thing in this case.
Although I agree with your premise I think what happened with this dunce was something a little different. The guy(s) he was running against were pretty much hated and this joker's name just happened to be at the top of the list so he got the votes. No worries, though, like I said DeMint is going to crush him.
I'm very ashamed of the Graham thing, though, and believe enough people may have wised up to get rid of him....
