I think it is the constant lying that tires him out so.

One of my neighbors is the crew chief of maintaining AF1 when Urkel flies in. He is told to be their SIX hours prior and not to schedule any vacations of his own during the holidays. He is completely at the beckandcall of POTUS.

Actually, he keeps vacationing there because it's such an interesting place. Since he really doesn't know much about it, he wants to see all there is to see while he still can do it on our dine.
