Congratulations, Democrats. Now that we’ve seen this ad, nominations for Most Offensive Ad of the Year are closed and you have officially been declared the winners.
The Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (that’s what the Democrat Party calls itself in Minnesota) sent out this remarkably offensive “Ignore the Poor” anti-Catholic mailer.
How loud would they squeal if someone – anyone – would have run an ad this offensive about Muslims?

Not all Catholics vote democratic....
I'm Catholic and this was not the first ad meant to confuse using traditional "catholic imagery" to slur a candidate who is an active protestant christian minister....
But few on the left will complain because the Pope is against many things in their agenda & his attitude is you can leave the church if you don't like it....
*And Catholic Charities help all kinds of folks regardless of faith*

Wow, ignorance at its finest. Can't say they win my vote with such untrue and offensive advertisements, especially since I'm a catholic myself and our church does so many great things for the needy and poor. =/
As far as this ad is concerned... I may have my issues with that denomination but the Catholic track record of actually helping the poor is undeniably high so this makes no sense.

It is just easier to hate on religious people and considering the problems of the Catholic Church they are the easiest of targets... perhaps the Catholic Church have not come out in support for the democratic party...?
