• Whiskey. Re your last sentence. Been there, done that. But it reminded me of the alternative to quit spending. You could always go to the Slush Funder's and of course pay the 100% interest for a one week loan. ie, $20 for $40 due on payday next week. (I didnt do that, just went without) But, if you dont pay promptly you get your ass kicked.....and now owe $80 next payday. Politicians, does this sound familiar???

  • The difference here, Navy, is that politicians will go to the slushfunders, (China, etc.), then when they don't have the money to pay up, they point to the other guys. "Hey, break Bush's leg, he did it before I did it. And I promise to leave the taxpayers holding the bag, and they'll pay you TRIPLE. Just as soon as I get out of office. Really."

    Then they blame it on somebody else, while they get paid tens of thousands of dollars per speech to travel around spouting their nonsense to their beloved followers.

  Dumpster diving, watching the Today Show, can be fun at times! The only comment the Trump made that pissed me off is the one about our gooberment spending money "like a drunken sailor". I was a sailor, sometimes a drunk one, but when I ran out of money I quit spending.

• I think he's a great business man, but an egotistical ass. He would further trample what is left of our constitution into the ground. Ron Paul is my choice in 2012!

  • I've been a big fan of Mr. Paul for a long time, too. But he is unelectable, so the only purpose in his running is for him to ask serious questions in public of the people who will eventually win.

• I want someone with the nads to stand up to the media, who will do and say anything to get a fellow Marxist elected. I dont see Romney as anything but a nice smile and Pawlenty reminds me of McCain. Not that he is anywhere near the lib that McLame is but I dont see him standing up to the media while they knife him. Trump ain't high on my list, but higher than those two. I'm afraid that the media bastards (redundancy) have so demonized Palen that the idiot sheeple are too brainwashed to realize what's going on.

  • As usual I agree. Media wads took Palin apart, at least as far as most of the whiffle head voters that pay attention (worship) to their TV. These are the same people that convince the libs to obey their commands to conduct irrational protests. The other side of the coin has images like Bush Sr. checking his watch during one of the debates with Clinton, or McCain wandering about the stage like a misdirected wind up toy during his debate with Obam. Those two images alone aren't enough to convince the masses that every presidential contest is a mere diversion from the attention the rug being pulled from beneath us. What will it take, I wonder.

• I love the guy - really do -- but there are some things he would do that would really cause more harm than good. I suppose that's true about all candidates -- but he would probably make it much worse.

• Trump for President... I don't know. He is very arrogant, but HE DOES get props for being successful on his own terms even though he did get a leg up due to his family fortune. I don't know... We will have to wait and see.

• Trump has been around for a long time and has his issues, but personally I don't think he'll get anywhere near the primaries. He tells it like it is and for that I'm very grateful...he's not afraid to bring up issues and call a spade a spade.

  I am so sick and tired of all the PC BS that permeates our society. So what if Trump offends (fill in the blank here____). I really don't give a damn and it's about time someone started to fight back.

  I wish him luck on the BC issue, but I think it's a lost cause...whatever is the reason Captain Zero is hiding, if he ever does release it, it will be impenetrable.

  We just have to stop the Chicago Machine and the union thugs from shifting into overdrive to win in 2012. That's the only reason why Obama put the Census in the White House.
