There was quite a scene at LAX yesterday. Brenda Lee, a reporter for the Macon, Georgia Informer wanted to give the President a letter urging him “to take a stand for traditional marriage.”
Two officers picked her up and carried her away – kicking and screaming — because they were afraid she’d attempt to give the letter to the president.
The One is not one to be trifled with.

Does sound a bit odd.. priestess? Catholic Church? NOT likely. Needs to join the Episcopal, but, then oh, my I won't go there...no... sad, though. Our presidents are becoming more and more isolated, it seems.
the woman was more than a little crazy. in this case the secret service probably did the right thing -- see article in the oc register 5/29

One question: What were Brenda's tactics in "delivering" this letter? I'm not sure if I'm getting the full story here...I think there's probably more to the arrest than this article covers.
I hear you get more attention from Obama if you WANT the government to give something to you. If this lady had complained about her job, her living, she would have gotten a first class ticket on the working-class-tax funded Obama Corporation's Big Jet Liner (Af1).
I agree, it's awful that people (in this case, doctors) get arrested for wanting to be heard by those who are apparently representing us: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKP05AyfRsI
WOW. Right here in the land of the "free" and the home of the VERY BRAVE IF THEY HAVE THE INTESTINAL FORTITUDE TO STAND UP TO BO, a/k/a AMERICA'S ANSWER TO CHAIRMAN MAO, STALIN, POL POT, AND THEIR ILK.
Free speech my eye. Only if you're a CARD-CARRYING DEGENERATE.
