• No doubt a product of affirmative action, having corrupt friends in high places, being black, and sporting a wagina. Who needs knowledge of our Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and the laws of our land with credentials like that?

• Well, for a Federal Judge, I'm finding this person has no conception of this country's founding documents. And just like Quagmire's bought and paid for ambassadorships, was selected for political reliability, and not for any intelligence. Expect to see more of these drooling idiots as Quagmire replaces as many competent people as he can.

    She was appointed by King Barky, you know the old saw, "Birds of a feather flock together". He doesn't want anyone with a clearer understanding of the founding documents than he has.

• Hell they are putting up unqualified people to be ambassadors to countries that they have no damn clue about. So putting up a "lawyer" to be a judge who is unqualified is right in line as well. First quagmire stated that marriage was a states issue. The people with in those states are deciding what is a marriage. Those who didn't get their way then run to the courts and have the laws and wishes of the people declared unconstitutional and unfair. So we the people need to press for an amendment to the US Constitution to settle this once and for all.

• Unqualified to be a judge plain and simple but surely this administration has shown how little it values actual qualifications when the real premium is placed on being an activist. None of what the O-team has done reflects any respect for the Constitution so how surprising is it that a judicial appointee lays bare her ignorance of the foundation of the system of laws she's supposed to uphold- even as she pursues the demagogue's agenda of forcing this stupid and deliberately provocative social issue to the forefront while the country's economy continues to burn- aided by the accelerant that is Obamacare

• Our country is being run by stupid people. They think they are smart but only because they have been told they are special snowflakes for the entire life.

• During 2012 Newt Gingrich talked about the out of control judicial branch of government needing to be reigned in by the legislative branch, the Congress. He said entire issues, such as abortion needed to be removed from the discretion of judges. When the will of the people, sound on this issue, is continually overturned by one judge, isn't there a constitutional crisis at some point?
