When stupid people are federal judges… they end up looking silly. Judge Arenda Wright Allen ruled Virginia’s ban on same-sex marriages unconstitutional today, on Valentine’s Day, and made a fool of herself with the first sentence of the second paragraph of her ruling:
“Our Constitution declares that ‘all men’ are created equal. Surely this means all of us…”
One would think a judge ruling on constitutionality would actually be familiar with the Constitution. Can you guess which president appointed this ninny?
