What are the odds? We went two years without ever mentioning the word “hickey” here at IHateTheMedia.com and now we end up with two hickey stories in the same week.
CBS Boston has details of what Perry Mason would have called The Case of the Boisterous Bruise:
Police found 34-year-old Troy Burston wounded outside a home on Exchange Avenue at 10:40 p.m. Sunday. He was not wearing a shirt and had been stabbed in the chest.
He was rushed to Lawrence Memorial Hospital where he died.
Police arrested his wife, 39-year-old Shawntina Burston.
Investigators say the two had come home from a party and began arguing and hitting each other. She allegedly found a hickey on his neck and stabbed him with a cooking knife.
Looks like she didn’t buy the old “Honest, honey, my neck ran into a door knob” excuse.

"Shawntina?" ...He was killed by a cracker?
Lamprey eel attack! Fell asleep with the vacuum on my neck! Hot muffler! Okay, that one is NO good...
Poor guy. Too bad he didn't know about my famous "tick bite" excuse.
Hey, am I the only one surprised that a hickey is visible on a black guy? Must've taken some serious suction to create enough contrast to be seen by his wife.
Knives dont kill people, hickeys kill people.
*sighs* I feel bad that he died. I do.
She shouldn't have not killed him, liberty and life is not worth giving it away just because an idiot who cannot control himself gives "it" away for free to some ho down the street. All she had to do is get him out of the house and go after his paycheck then where will he be trying to please the new girlfriend?
Apparently she decided not to waste her time calling Maury.
oh oh...here comes a hickey ban.
Honey, I swear, I had no idea Jennifer Aniston AND Halle Barry were going to be at that Hotel. What rug burns?
