Based on his recent article in Australia’s National Times, we’d call him a lunatic.
It is an open secret at the Commonwealth Secretariat that they do not want Charles III to be the next head of the Commonwealth when the Queen retires—they are looking for someone more inspiring. Mandela, once the favourite candidate, is now too old. But there is an even better candidate whose name is being mentioned as an alternative to Charles in due course, namely ex-President Obama, with his Kenyan ancestry (as some believe, Kenyan birth).
There are rumours that the palace’s refusal to invite him to the wedding was neither oversight nor overslight but a fear that Barack and Michelle would appear to the “black Commonwealth” as superior to Charles and Camilla as future leaders of the Commonwealth.
They’ll make a movie about his life. It’ll be called “The King’s Endless Speeches.”

Who the heck is the "Commonwealth Secretariat"? I'm from Canada, one of the Commonwealth countries, and have never heard of this group!!! I suspect it is just a bunch of disgruntled individuals that are preeved they can never get the press that they really want.
As soon as you start to play around with the line of succession, the bigger question becomes, why have a line of succession at all!! Which is what I suspect the Commonwealth Secretariat really is interested in promoting and since the republican movement is pretty much dead (given the royal wedding, the overall health of the Queen and her 60th anniversary next year etc.) they need to start this nonsense.

Yes because everything on the internet is true. Just as easily as Obama's people could've photoshopped his "real" birth certificate, those guys could've photoshopped the Kenyan one. Conservatives need to knock this "birther" stuff the hell off (whether they're right or wrong) and start targeting Obama for what he is: a bad president. Remember: Keynesian, not Kenyan.
No, he needs to be continuously attacked from every side. We can't miss even one chance to get him tossed out of office before the next election. He is a disgrace, and must be shown for what he is. The entire Democrat party must walk away from this debacle with their heads bowed, apologizing to the country for what they have done.
