Socialist Democrat Xavier Baccera of California embarrassed himself by going on Neil Cavuto’s show and blaming everyone but the Democrats for the fact that Congress’ unwittingly eliminated its own sweetheart healthcare program when it approved ObamaCare.
But we seem to be making progress. At least he didn’t blame George Bush nor Ronald Reagan.

So basically his ignorance and inability or unwillingness to do his job prevented him from knowing what he was signing, but of course this is not his fault. Pass the blame to someone else game is getting old and tired.
I can't say that I've ever seen anyone so adept at keeping the upper part of his body so still while hammering his tap shoes better than Gregory Hines!
...Republicans' fault? Okay, then so is my athlete's foot; that my dog is sick; that there's a leak 'neath my wife's car; that it's mostly cloudy outside with 90% of precipitation; that volcano in Iceland is erupting... on and on it goes and and every time one of these hacks opens their mouths it only makes the growing rebellion against Washington stronger.
