The post racial society ushered in by the election of Barack Obama, our first semi-black president, is manifesting itself in very unexpected ways.
Fredric Dicker, a well-known New York political reporter, recently reported that:
During the first five months of this year, with the Senate under the control of its first African-American majority leader, [State Senator Malcolm] Smith, top Democrats bemoaned the lack of minority Senate staffers.But instead of trying to recruit new hires, they fired nearly 200 almost exclusively white workers and replaced them with a large number of minority employees, many of whom were seen by their fellow workers to be unskilled at their new jobs.
The move produced severe racial tensions, made worse by the fact that, as a high-level Democratic staffer confided, “We’ve been told to only hire minorities.’’
Congratulations. You now live in post-racial America.

SWIM...someone who isn't me
This sucks so bad,I hope they sued or plan to like SWIM is pursuing who is the only white person in the dept & recently got a call from a black boss at a predominantly black office stating that a background check was performed & a felony was found. SWIM knows that's a complete lie having done a year in prison fighting the trumped up charges & finally the felony charges were dropped. SWIM is constantly yelled at put & down in front of people over minor,honest mistakes while the fellow black employees practically break every rule deliberately & are treated kindly with respect.SWIM has his attorney contacting the employer & SWIM has filed a complaint with the EEOC who will investigate/mediate & if the charge is dismissed, they grant SWIM a Notice of Right To Sue.
Don't know who SWIM is, but I do know a racist when I see one. You're a racist, and so is Malcolm Smith.
