There’s an old saying that there are lies, damned lies and statistics. This story will prove it.
According to Rasmussen, “The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 24% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-four percent (44%) Strongly Disapprove.”
Another Rasmussen study said, “Confidence in America’s efforts in the War on Terror has fallen again this month, and, following the unsuccessful terrorist bombing attempt in New York’s Times Square, more voters than ever now believe the nation is not safer today than it was before the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks…. Fifty-two percent (52%) say the country is not safer today, up from 42% a month ago and the highest level measured over the past three years.”
So there you have it. 44% strongly disapprove of President Obama and 52% say the country is not safer today than it was before 9/11. As highly-trained statisticians, we feel quite comfortable saying that 96% of Americans disapprove of Obama and think we’re less safe than we were.
So let’s amend that old line we quoted at the beginning of this story. In the America of 2010, it should probably read, “There are lies, damned lies, and Barack Obama, who is the biggest liar of them all and the American people are finally figuring it out.”
Or something like that.

I don't need polls to tell me this country is not safer under his administration than the previous one. There has been what? 3-4 successful terrorist attempts and it was 2 or so that were successful all the way through (in under a year and one just over a year). Overall during the 7 years after 2001 there were very little attempts as the plots were squashed before they got up the ground and the small amounts of attempts ended up being unsuccessful all the way through.
If it continues this way there would be one full blown successful terrorist attack before his term is up. That terrifies me. Statistics alone would support that suggestion, if they keep at it and the attempts are not squashed before they get up and running there only has to be one successful attack for people to get hurt.
He goes on and apologizes to the community where the enemies comes from and bows all over the place and displays weakness everywhere. Bush may have been a moron but he at least earned the respect (and fear) of the enemy. Do you think that radical/fundamentalist muslims are going to stop attacking us just because Baracky has a muslim father? Nope.

The talking light clearly states the conservatives are in lockstep with the nazis or the facists or the french chefs or something like that. With solid and undeniable information like that (after all if they say it on the talking light it has to be the truth) how can anybody truly be independent?
The coffee hasn't taken hold yet so I'm a little fuzzy still but I have a question... Is it actually possible to be a radical conservative? I get this feeling that phrase is oxymoronic.
I suppose conservatism can be considered radical if it becomes considered outside the mainstream of prevailing thought, or if its suggestions for solving sociopolitical or economic ills are draconian or threatening to the status quo.
I would certainly never think of "radical conservative" or conservative identity independent of party affiliation as lily livered or oxymoronic. Of that I am 3000% confident.
Coming from the guy who obviously loves terrorists more than this country, I'm hardly surprised. No, we are not safer with Obama in office. He refuses to even admit that terrorists are bad people.
He just won't identify who he considers to be terrorists because they will vote him out, posibbly impeach him if he openly admits that the majority of non-muslim citizens in the US are his enemy.
