Mrs. Editor recorded four different networks’ coverage of the royal wedding. She watched it from beginning to end, but we’re proud to say that we saw not a minute of it.
That being said, T-Mobile did a great parody commercial that demonstrates what the wedding should have been. It’s already had nearly 17,500,000 views on YouTube.
They didn’t just find royal look-alikes for the commercial, they found dead ringers (especially for Queen Elizabeth, Prince Harry, Camilla Bowles-Parker-Mountbatten-Windsor and Kate Middleton), which makes the commercial even funnier.
And here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the production:

I saw some of it in the early morning hours then had it DVR'ed while I went to sleep. The moment I was done with work I saw it and I loved it okay. I love weddings and this was awesome. I think a lot of women out there would love to be whisked and married to a real prince and have all the pomp and ceremony and what not. He looked very happy about his decision to marry and I am happy for them both.
Wow really? Two thumbs down? I mean I would love to know why? I didn't say anything bad. Can't a woman like weddings? What is wrong with you?
Yeah, the wife watched it on the internet afterwards. She really enjoyed it, but asked me too many questions afterwards -- like "why didn't you buy me a dress like that", and "why didn't you buy me a ring like that". Told her I was a little short on Welsh gold at the moment.
Most women dream of their wedding since childhood, I am sure she was just fantasizing.

LOL!!!!
Ditto!
I stayed *FAR* away from it. I heard that a man can die from estrogen poisoning, and I'm not going to take any chances.
LOLMFAO!
Like every other US male, my SO watched the crap out of that elitist circle jerk so I naturally saw some of it when passing through the room while I was going about my business of being all around awesome.
Anyhow....the best part of the coverage was all the Britons outside drinking like it was a Jimmy Buffet concert. A great contrast to watching the haughty ceremony of a bunch of silly rich people is the average person taking it so seriously they put on union jack paper hat and chugged beer.
I hope I don't have to turn in my man card for watching the T-Mobile version of the Royal Wedding. I certainly didn't watch the real one.
