Al Gore says the science is settled. Now let’s see if the lawsuit is settled.
John Coleman, founder of the Weather Channel, has put together a coalition of more than 30,000 scientists who don’t buying Gore’s global warming baloney.
Gore won’t debate the issue because he says “the science is settled.” So Coleman thinks his courtroom ploy may give him a chance to expose Gore’s folly.
“We have tried and tried and tried to get a debate on global warming with…Al Gore and any of the scientists behind him over at the UN IPCC,” Coleman said. “We’d love to have a debate with them, but they go ‘Oh, no, the debate is over.’ Well, now there are 30,000 of us. We have 30,000 scientists – 9000 Phds – who have signed up to debunk global warming. And they still won’t listen to us…So we figure maybe a court of law.”
We say bring on the law suit and let Al Gore be judged by a jury of his peers.
The only problem will be finding 12 other pompous, bloated rip-off artists willing to serve on the jury.

so whats the oil with this law suit. something else we didn't hear about in the media.
I was doing some reserch on King (spring) tides, the warmist are even trying to blame these on global warming.
Poor Algor will still be preaching global warming even if ice is up to the Statue of Liberty's armpits. Anyone who proclaims "the science is settled" has a profound lack of understanding of the nature of scientific investigation and is a sure sign they are incapable of processing science-related information. They are instead taking a leap of faith which puts their beliefs in the realm of the spiritual world.
I love it! Al Gore can get off his pompous ass and actually debate it for once.
I wonder what PhD Al has? Other then honorary ones I am not sure. I can guarantee you one thing... it isn't in meterology...
Science is never 'settled'. It works on models of current information and needs to be updated. Then more accurate models emerge. Its an ongoing process.
The current update is that its getting cooler now... in line with the Solar Magnetic Activity Cycle and climate fluctuations that are all bound in relation.
Is that $500 million of tax payer money for Gore's Euro car electric project 'settled'?
In the lawsuit, is there a provision to challenge the existence of ManBearPig? I am just saying - let's clean up the whole mess while we are at it. I am cereal about this!
