U.N. owes U.S. money, claims check is in the mail. Olympic doping the old-fashioned way. Ancient Greek athletes would eat raw testicles trying to get the hormone boost modern athletes get with steroids. In the 19th century athletes used cocaine and alcohol. Then early in the 20th century they started using raw eggs and strychnine. Multi-billion-dollar NASA/IPCC climate models lack “predictive skills.” The NASA/Hansen and IPCC computer simulations are both failing dismally. Meanwhile, a climate model that ignores CO2 emissions and concentrates on astronomical forces – like, oh, for instance the SUN – produces accurate predictions. Go figure.

Sacramento Bee still calling Muslim suicide bomber “alleged.” Here’s the headline on the article: “Alleged would-be suicide bomber pleads guilty.” So the guy is guilty – he admitted it. At what point does the Sacramento Bee drop the “alleged” label for Muslim terrrorists? After they show up in the newsroom with 72 virgins?

LGBTQI… just another lifestyle. Oneal Ron Morris is a transgender man (that’s his mugshot above) who was running a buttocks-enhancement scam where he would come to your house, inject silcone and Fix-A-Flat from Home Depot (sometimes bathroom caulk if money was tight) into your butt, then seal the injection hole with Super Glue. Who could’ve guessed that would turn out badly?

Rahm Emanuel rejects Chick-fil-A, then welcomes Louis Farrakhan. Leave it to Drudge to highlight liberal insanity. First we read that Rahm and an alderman are trying to keep Chick-fil-A out of Chicago because the restaurant chain’s owner expressed a preference for heterosexual marriage. Then we read that Rahm is welcoming a vigilante army of Nation of Islam thugs to patrol the streets. The whole mess can be summed up with the words, “This is where Obama came from.”

“Ice melt stuns scientists.” That was the headline Yahoo used to link to a LiveScience article headlined, “Record Greenland Ice Melt Happened in Days.” Trouble is, this sort of melt happens approximately every 150 years and the last one was in 1889… so this isn’t stunning, it isn’t a record, and Yahoo and LiveScience are full of shit.

Sally Ride’s family outs her posthumously. According to her sister, Bear Ride, “who identifies as gay,” Sally didn’t hide her relationship with another woman, but if she didn’t announce it when she was alive and none of us cared about it when she was alive, why are they making it a topic of discussion now?

Holmes’ Tea Party affiliation wasn’t the only thing ABC got wrong. ABC reported that his mother, when she heard about the massacre, suggested her son was the likely culprit. “You have the right person,” ABC reported she said. Didn’t happen that way.
