Barney Frank knows a sinking ship when he’s on one. He actually used the word “dumb” while describing President Obama.
The Hill has the money quote:
“President Obama, whom I greatly admire … when the economic recovery bill — we’re supposed to call it the ‘recovery bill,’ not the ‘stimulus’ bill; that’s what the focus groups tell us — he predicted or his aides predicted at the time that if it passed, unemployment would get under 8 percent,” Frank said Tuesday evening during an appearance on the Fox Business Network. “That was a dumb thing to do.”
It was dumb. Remarkably dumb. Perhaps even as dumb, Barney, as admitting on national television that Democrats allow focus groups to craft their message.

Fu*k this guy! Frank was part of the whole circus act that caused the subprime lending fiasco which tanked the economy to begin with!
In proper note: Frank called the action of Obama dumb; the POTUS was not directed labeled as such. After all smart men can at times do dumb acts. In Barry's case he is a dummy and he does dumb acts to confirm this.

Not understanding how a matter operates means you will makes stupid comments, often with Fancy Dan data, about said matter when you talk about it.
Obama does not get how a healthy economy runs. Hence the talk on 8% unemployment and this will stimulate and that will recover and blah blah blah. He is a Socialist who thinks the free market is evil and it is best to shut it down and punish the people who like it and believe in it (and punish all others too).
Of course he will say dumb things about what the economy is doing. It would have been fixed by about October of 09 if he would have lowered taxes and obeyed the Laffer Curve starting in January of 09. That would have been an action however- Barry is only good (good being relative) with words. Words that come off a teleprompter screen. So we get the dumb comments from Obama about the economy- remarks so dumb even Frank can notice them as such.
