Bernie Sanders, the only officially declared socialist in Congress, thinks President Obama veers too far to the right and he’s not talking about the latter’s putting. He can’t be joking, there’s no such thing as socialist humor.
Sanders: “… I think there are millions of Americans who are deeply disappointed in the president; who believe that, with regard to Social Security and a number of other issues, he said one thing as a candidate and is doing something very much else as a president; who cannot believe how weak he has been …in negotiating with Republicans and there’s deep disappointment. …I think one of the reasons the president has been able to move so far to the right is that there is no primary opposition to him and I think it would do this country a good deal of service if people started thinking about candidates out there to begin contrasting what is a progressive agenda as opposed to what Obama is doing. …I think it would be a good idea if President Obama faced some primary opposition.”
True, millions are unhappy with President Obama, but not because he’s not bankrupting them fast enough as ol’ Bernie believes. No matter, as a famous Chicagoland thug once said, “Never waste a good crisis.”
So you go, Bernie, primary Obama. Make him turn left so much he spins like a top and drills himself another hole to dig out of.

It's absolutely astounding just how stupid some Americans have become, and vermont is case in point. I still think that we should take, by force if necessary, all of these socialism loving types and place them ALL in California (sorry admin and editor) build a wall, open the border to Mexico and let them have at it. Call it the great (next) socialist/communist/marxist experience and see what happens....

I was just in Saskatchewan, & most of the folks there ain't as liberal as you would think. Saskatchewan, from what I could see, is about agriculture & oil, with some livestock thrown in for good measure. They don't deserve those who ruined California. Cuba, fine, whatever, but Venezuala would be better.

When he was mayor of Burlington, Vermont he provided folks with some rather colorful comic relief. Outside of the bearded Birkenstock crowd in the college towns, most average Vermonters considered him an interloper (flatlander) and nutjob. Problem was (and is) that said bearded Birkenstock crowd has proliferated and now you'd be hard pressed to find an average Vermonter anymore.
So that said, Run, Bernie, Run! I want to see the Moonbats on the left start to eat their own.
When I was a kid back in the '50s my family used to vacation in Vermont. Back then Vermont was known for its rock-ribbed Republicanism. But something happened in the 60s---an invasion of dirty, dope smoking, maggot infested hippies like Sanders who gradually took over the state and turned it into a people's republic. When George Bush was president there was even a small leftist led movement to have the state secede from the union.
The solution is clear, we must exclude all right-wingers from power, then isolate and silence them, to stop the nationalist subversion.
If the public keeps voting for the rabid right, then we must clearly take ALL powers from their irresponsible hands.
Only lawmakers, bankers and politicians truly knows how to run and keep a country safe.

This man in no way, shape, or form, understands what it means to be an American. Socialism is anti-American by design, & that needs to be explained to the American people. Those who promote it & push America toward socialism need to be purged from power. It does not matter if it's under the title of liberalism, socialism, or progressivism. It will kill this republic, & the fight is on.
I want Sanders to keep promoting the idea of a primary, because it will really show you what we are up against. That is people who believe socialism/marxism/communism has'nt worked because people as smart as them have never been at the wheel. The right people done it yet, & they are hellbent on trying again. This debt 'crisis' is just the latest attempt to tighten the chains on us just a bit more, & they must be stopped.
