OSHA Withdraws Biden Administration’s Unconstitutional Workplace Vaccine Mandate. Oh-oh. Big Pharma stock should be tanking any minute now.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced Tuesday that it will withdraw the Biden administration’s temporary COVID-19 vaccine-or-test requirement for companies with more than 100 employees.
OSHA made the decision to withdraw the mandate following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that blocked the plan, according to the statement.
“The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is withdrawing the vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard issued on Nov. 5, 2021, to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers with 100 or more employees from workplace exposure to coronavirus.
The withdrawal is effective Wednesday.

Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon (D-Penn.) was carjacked at gunpoint in Philadelphia on Wednesday as crime continues to surge in major cities across the country.
“Wednesday afternoon, at around 2:45 p.m., Congresswoman Scanlon was carjacked at gunpoint in FDR Park following a meeting at that location,” Scanlon’s office said in a statement. The Congresswoman was physically unharmed. Some schools in California are using social justice tactics to try to repair the damage done to school-age children over the past almost two years of coronavirus lockdowns and remote learning.

The plan is meant to “re-engage” students but also help them get accepted into public colleges.

Nearly 1,900 Washington State Employees Quit or Were Fired Over COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate. The Democrats are going psycho because people are not following their orders. We hope all of these people find good jobs in a red state.
The department (DOT) lost 402 workers over the mandate, or nearly 6 percent of the workforce. That included 358 firings, about a third of which were for ferries, and retirements in lieu of vaccination.
The Washington State Patrol also lost nearly 6 percent of its personnel over the mandate.
Another approximately 350 workers, or 4.5 percent of the workforce, were fired by the Washington State Department of Corrections as of Oct. 19.
The state’s Department of Social and Health Services let go or are letting go about 313 workers, or 2 percent of the workforce, with another 2 percent having an accommodation request pending.
The Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife terminated 38 workers on Monday due to a refusal to get vaccinated. Another 61 staff are on leave either waiting for their vaccinations to become effective or waiting to see if accommodation requests will be approved.

The top staff member at California’s largest labor union has resigned after she and her husband were charged with felonies including tax fraud.
Alma Hernandez served as executive director for SEIU California since 2016. The union represents more than 700,000 workers and is politically influential, regularly donating millions to Democratic candidates. The Sacramento Bee first reported the charges and her resignation.
Attorney General Rob Bonta said Wednesday his office filed charges against Hernandez and her husband, Jose Moscoso, on Oct. 4.
They were charged with five felony counts of filing false tax returns, allegedly under-reporting their income by about $1.4 million over five years, according to the complaint. They allegedly owe the state more than $140,000 and could face state prison time.
