About 2,000 emails “upclassified.” Her lawyers were deleting stuff, too. Server not even as secure as GMail. Clinton’s server used her server “extensively” outside of the United States even when in “hostile territory.” Probably hacked. Now he’s saying “No reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.” “Cannot find a case that would support criminal charges.? Pop goes the weasel.

Thursday: Wish mysteriously granted.

Rubio is seeking a domestic violence restraining order against Hernández, a Democrat from West Covina. The assemblyman was dogged by allegations that he repeatedly beat his estranged wife as he ran for Congress.
