The girlfriend said the gun was never out yet it appears you can see it on the seat. Also her attorney told her to STFU. Other potential issues with hat, glasses, cigarette numbering. Per the radio there was  probable cause to pull them over and it was not due to a broken taillight as claimed by the girlfriend. Still waiting on whether the gun was legally purchased and whether Castile actually had a gun permit or not. If the gun was where it appears to be on the seat next to him and the officers thought he was a robbery suspect Castile going for the gun or appearing to, you can see why the officer reacted by shooting Castile.

Meanwhile Sharpton ignores the two elephants in the room, the murderous sniper in Dallas who wanted to kill white police and the black on black shootings and murders in Chicago. He also ignores the English language. You just can’t make this stuff up.

Shots fired at Dallas protest. Reports have 2 officers down, suspect not caught, reports of 5 to 50 rounds fired depending on who’s talking. Here’s a link to CBS DFW on what’s happening now.

Update: At least 6 officers shot, 1 shot in arm, at least 4 in grave condition, 1 officer now being reported dead. RIP.

Our concerns about both amendments are informed by our policy on the regulation of firearms, as well as our knowledge of the overbreadth and misuse of watchlists, and are twofold: the use of vague and overbroad criteria and the lack of adequate due process safeguards.
