IN any case if it was real it is funny! Yet of course becuase it affected I am sure adversely on the poor guy to that idiot's left it is annoying. He just ran because he figure at least if he goes through he will still get credit or something. How pathetic.
They do something similar to get into american colleges.
My buddy was a TA during grad school for math. It was widely known but never acknowledged that the chineese government published the answers to the tests before hand. The students didn't even know thats not how its supposed to work. So you'd get these people comming to grad school appologizing for only getting like 99% on their GRE equivalent exams....which is pretty much humanly impossible.
That just mus be the culture over there. Fake it fake it fake it until you make it. Goes along way to explain the poisonous pet food, lead paint and tungsten "gold" bullion comming out of there.

They pull that in Russia, too. So many kids graduate solely due to daddy buying off tests, that the only way that a degree has any meaning is if the student's family has no money. It will wreck their society.
