Don’t look now, but Democrats are resigning from the Barack Obama Fan Club en masse. The debt ceiling debacle pried open their eyes and finally allowed them to see things Republicans have been seeing for a couple years.
The hilarious admission comes from none other than Obama groupie Maureen Dowd in none other than the Obama fanzine otherwise known as the New York Times:
…Democratic lawmakers worry that the Tea Party freshmen have already “neutered” the president, as one told me. They fret that Obama is an inept negotiator. They worry that he should have been out in the country selling a concrete plan, rather than once more kowtowing to Republicans and, as with the stimulus plan, health care and Libya, leading from behind.
As one Democratic senator complained: “The president veers between talking like a peevish professor and a scolding parent.” (Not to mention a jilted lover.) Another moaned: “We are watching him turn into Jimmy Carter right before our eyes.”
Only problem is the Democrats’ tense. He’s not turning into Jimmy Carter. That transformation was completed long ago.

Lets give Carter some credit. He is an Annapolis grad, a sub captain, a very successful farmer, a former governor of Georgia, has a degree in nuclear engineering, and at least seems inside to be a very serious christian.
Its not fair to compare Obama to Carter. Carter was a failure at some things in his presidency, but he did not come close to the biblical level disaster Obama is fast approaching.
Give the Dems a break - if it wasn't for flashbacks most of them would have no memory at all.
It isn't that Jimmah was a better president. He was just somewhat less of a total, complete, and absolute f*ckup.
That picture looks eerie. Gave me a chill up the spine. I guess being haunted by the Carter years on top of what is going on now with Obama, the way that picture combines the two, frightens me.

Not to suggest BO is not inept, but the truth be told the merchandise he is trying to sell, Leftist "ideas", suck. The stuff simply doesn't work and people know it doesn't work. It's a sack of crap even a GOOD salesman couldn't sell and when you have a self-centered fool like Obama doing it, the poor quality of the garbage becomes even more obvious.
I never thought I could say, " Jimmy Carter was a much better president than (insert name of any POTUS)." Much, much, much, much, mo better. And I feel Carter was only slightly more qualified to lead than our family cat. Kitty was sitting in my lap, he just read this and jumped down and gave me the paw!
Pretty soon, Obama's gonna find himself all alone in a room with his favorite person.
And "neuter?" Michelle beat Tea Party freshmen to the punch... or the snip, whichever.

As a dust mite hiding in Obama's suit liner, I find that highly offensive.
Why are you hiding? Come out into the light that is Obama and he'll get you a loan to buy a house and a car and forbid the bank from foreclosing on you when you don't pay. And when the bank fails, he'll bail it out at everyone else's expense. This is the Leftist way to prosperity. Work? We don't need no stinkin' work! I deserve a middle class lifestyle subsidized by "the rich" for my whole life simply because my parents made the mistake of having me! (It's in the Commerce Clause.)
Carter was a nuclear engineer in the Navy, so at least you knew he was somewhat intelligent. Obozo is the exact opposite. No qualifications at all for the job he currently occupies (thanks affirmative action) except for his half and half skin tone - no wonder he's a black boy wonder.
