Dennis Miller used his regular gig on O’Reilly’s show to discuss the Phoenix Suns’ strange decision to protest Arizona’s illegal alien law by changing their name to Los Suns de Phoenix for a night.
In particular, he went after Suns guard Steve Nash, an outspoken critic of the new law and a Canadian citizen.
“Steve, what if we were empathetic with the illegals coming in and we met them at our border and gave them all a shower and a full hot meal and a hundred American dollars and put them in a beautiful Stratocruiser bus and took them up — you’re Canadian — to the Canada border, and just set them free across the border?”
For their next game, maybe the Suns can change their name to the Phoenix Hypocrites.

Agree with Miller and happy he's discovered Conservatism.
Wouldn't he be even more enjoyable without O'Rielly and his blathering. I lost all respect for BOR when he completely wimped out when interviewing Obama (before he was elected).
Interesting how he continues to try and do the "me and you" line whenever he hears Miller dishing out some of his great lines. BOR is becomming the Fox "Larry King" .... (IMHO)
I say we all call the Los Suns office and DEMAND free tickets, free round-trip airfare and hotel rooms for spectators from out of state, free medical care from the team doctor, and jobs!

I always liked Mr. Miller, even though he used to spew anti-gun BS every chance he got. He definitely has changed his spots over the years. He is still one of the fastest and most slicing of witts on air today.

Miller has changed, & he freely admits that 9/11 has a lot to do with that. He is honest as far as that goes.
As for the "Los Suns" thing, the Suns have had them for a couple of years. The NBA (& other leagues)has had clubs wearing various "3rd" unforms, rather then the usual home & away garb. Sometimes it's a retro thing with an old uniform, & sometimes it's something like this. The Suns also have a "PHX" jersey, ok, whatever. It's about selling shirts & making money. If the "Los Suns" jersey was brought out because of Cinco de Mayo, who cares, but if it was brought out to stand against the new Arizona law that was just signed, that's not so smart.
It's about pandering to and aiding and abetting a criminal element.
I love your "I love I Hate the Media dot Com" bit. Every time I see it I wonder if we should make a shirt with that on it. But would anyone help support us by buying one?
