DOJ: Less than 3 Percent of Nation’s Prisoners Acquired Firearms at Retail Stores, Gun Shows. So why are we worried about the ‘gun-show loophole (which doesn’t exist), mandatory background checks, magazine restrictions, limits on how many guns you can buy per month, etc.?

Nothing to see here, this has been known for decades. The war on guns will have the same result as the war on drugs, anyone that really wants them will find a way to get them, regardless of their intended purpose. People that don't care about laws will always find ways around them, that's why (smart)criminals continue to thrive as long as there's a way to make a cheap, easy buck.
Hell it is well know that criminals don’t get their guns legally. All the nashing of teeth from the gun grabbers is nothing but an attempt to turn an armed populace into slaves and serfs
