Our advice: Don’t invite Don Imus and Rachel Maddow to the same dinner party. Or if you must, do yourself a favor and seat them at opposite ends of the table.
Imus has a segment on his show called “Blonde On Blonde.” The blondes in question are Lis Wiehl and Imus’ wife Deirdre. (We tell you that because no one actually watches or listens to Imus unless its in clips like this one.) During the Wednesday morning Blonde On Blonde session, Imus went off on MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow:
Having nothing to do with her politics, she is a gutless coward and I’ll tell you why. Because everybody knew what the situation was with Olbermann at MSNBC. We used to work there. Tom Bowman, who’s our producer, Elisha who’s one of our producers, they both worked with me at MSNBC. They left there to come with me, by the way, don’t look for any of Olbermann’s producers to go any place with him. However, so we all know people, we still know everybody who’s at MSNBC. So, everybody knew what was going on with Keith. Everybody knew what was going to happen to him. For this woman, who owed her job to him, she’s live there with Bill Maher, a lot of people watch that terribly influential program, not to offer a defense of Olbermann, in spite of what you think about Olbermann, is unconscionable.
It’s like when I got fired, Sean Hannity, who works for Fox, was defending me, and I didn’t think I should be defended, but that’s irrelevant. He works for Fox, he was defending me getting fired by MSNBC. Mike Francesca and Chris Russo nearly lost their jobs ’cause they worked for CBS, along with me, defended me on CBS. They told them to stop doing it, they refused. No, she’s awful. She’s the worst kind of coward and gutless, sniveling worm. Oh God, horrible.
Be nice, Don. Maddow is a fine young man who deserves praise, not scorn.

Has the Revrund Al Charpton spoke out on this comment from Imus? After all, he was the main reason for Imus getting fired from MSNBC.

Maddow and Matthews squirming on their stool. Take that any way you wish. I find it amusing. Imus is never afraid to dance on a landmine. He seems adept at it.
Again... are we surprised? This is how liberals live. They see one of their own wounded they go for the kill or leave him to die. This is why I don't share squat with liberals and why I don't give my back to a liberal.

Imus is a scary looking dood. Like a drunk that would shank you in the allyway for the 40 you are carrying.
I mean I don't know much about the guy, but that is what I always think when I see him in these clips.
He has a radio face to go along with the voice. The first time I saw a picture of him, not having any idea who it was, I thought - really now - it looked like Chris Squire, the bassist of Yes. Then again, he is an old cowboy. Living in NYC hasn't taken that out of him. You have to remember, cowboys were the hippies of their time, taking off from civilized society and doing their own thing. However, they are a *lot* tougher than our modern hippius potsmokinus getajobandahaircutdammitus.

Both look like the kind of men you would like to have a beer or two with. While Imus may ditch you to hit on the college chicks Rachel would drag you back to his place to watch some porno movies and feed you liquor. Then you'd wake up at 4 am with your pants around your ankles and his face(Maddows) in your lap.

He's mad because Maddow didn't defend Olbermann? Why would she defend someone who should have never been hired in the first place?
Because if not for Olberman the bimbo would have not gotten the job at MSNBC. She stabbed her mentor in the back and that is what Imus points out.

I love knowing that despite what Madcow's defenders will say about Imus as a result, he has donated & raised more to help children's charities then Madcow will make in her career.
