It appears that the Attorney General is just plain so overloaded with work that he can’t get around to reading the laws he criticizes. You know, the laws he threatens to take to court to overturn.
Fox News has the details:
Despite repeatedly voicing concerns about Arizona’s new immigration enforcement law in recent weeks and threatening to challenge it, Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday he has not yet read the law — which is only 10 pages long.
“I have not had a chance to — I’ve glanced at it,” Holder said at a House Judiciary Committee hearing when asked had he read the state law cracking down on illegal immigrants.
Holder told reporters last month that he fears the new law is subject to abuse and that the Justice Department and the Homeland Security Department are in the midst of conducting a review.
As we recall from our high school speed reading course, it’s not just speed that’s important, it’s comprehension. And Holder seems to have problem with both.

I'd like to put forth the theory that Holder has read AZ SB 1070, but he's also been instructed on the administration's opposing position--how can he maintain the party line after having admitted he's read the law? Given the choice of being seen as "uninformed, clueless" vs. "blinded by ideology," he's chosen "clueless."

Hey, an Attorney General can only do so much in a week. Barry's been keeping him really busy trying to find new terms for radical muslim, terrorist bombing and illegal immigrant, plus a little extra-curricular work on investigating the tea-party people --" there's gotta be some way we can get them to fit our stereo-types so we can bust them".
He's probably waiting for the Readers Digest version, or Cliff's Notes, whichever is shorter. Busy, busy, busy......
He's just showing that liberal socialists don't need facts, just opinions.
