Overall a benefit to the community, as now they have one less stupid, undependable, pitifully limited electric bus on the road. They can only use the stupid things on the very short routes so they can get through without running out of juice.
There goes some tax dollars up in smoke. When will the EPA be issuing their findings and penalties to the bus company for pollution?
