Chris Wallace tried to ask Hillary Clinton is she would ever run for office again. Her answer? She cackled.
Is a cackle an answer? Well, in Hillary’s case, it’s really more of a non-answer. In fact, it’s her standard non-answer whenever she’s confronted with a tough question she doesn’t want to answer.

It sounds fake... and I agree it is probably a nervous tick to indicate discomfort at not wanting to actually answer the question with the truth. I think that she is lying... or else she is self deceiving because she is looking at things and trying to not have her hopes up in case things work out for Obama.
I think her cackling is a nervous habit that, IMO, signals a big fat lie is just around the bend.

I will admit to cackling just like her at the thought of Hillary aspiring to office no more, politician that she is.
I'm thinking that it looks like Nancy left the Botox cabinet unlocked again.
The cackle is a known side effect of snorting it.
Don't kid yourself, the Clinton's are still pissed at how the Obama campaign treated them in SC during the primary, & if they have the chance to knock Obama out in a primary challenge, they will. Clinton inc. plays hardball, & many on the left are seeing how lousy Obama is. Plus there are reports that George Soros might be looking for a new horse to back, & if that's true, Obama could be already be over.
Yeah, danybhoy, that was my point.
Hillary lusts after power so badly, she'll still be politically ovulating three years after her death.
