IHateTheMedia.com had 1,054,759 page views in April. In the words of Joe Biden, “That’s a big effin’ deal.”
When we started this ravenous monster called IHateTheMedia.com in January of 2009, we thought we might have a few laughs and sell a few T-shirts.
Fact is, we’ve had a lot more of the former than we expected and a lot fewer of the latter.
We never thought we’d get 1,000,000 page views in a single month. We never thought we’d climb into the rarified air of the top 10,000 websites in the United States (Alexa.com ranked us number 8,298 on Saturday). And we surely never thought we’d find so many smart, funny, loyal readers.
Thanks for your loyalty. Thanks for your comments. Thanks for your story tips. Thanks joining our FaceBook (please Like us) and Twitter pages (please follow us). And thanks for recommending us to so many other people.
Now if we could just figure out how to make a buck or two at this (see photo), life would be good.

I've been checking in almost daily for at least 2 years. I like the story choices that aren't always picked up at other sites I frequent plus I like the sense of humour and irreverence toward liberal hypocracy. But the thing I like the most is the occasional photo of a scantily clad beautiful lady - there I go again... getting shallow ;)
I have been visiting your site for what, 4 or 5 months now? Hell, I can't remember what I did yesterday, due to a beer induced brain fart, much less how long I have been enjoying your site.
Just kidding guys! One of my brothers, who makes Ronald Reagan look like a liberal loon, turned me on to IHTM and I have been a thorn in your side since. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Administrator and Editor for keeping this breath of fresh air going. I have spread the word to everyone I know and I promise as soon as I get my ex-wife paid off I'll buy a box of tshirts!
Congradulations! Thank you for creating this site. I was brought here by the Westboro story and i was so amazed that there was a site where I could read the news articles and reader comments without being insulted because of my differing views or being called "stupid" or "uneducated" conservative. It has been so great to know that there are so many others all over this great country who believe and feel the same way about many issues.
