OK - old lady news here (Maybe) sometime in the oh, the last 40 years - since I left my teens - there as a major conspiracy flap in this country about certain trademarks; as much as I paid attention at it, it may still be going on. It has been so long ago, I can't remember the details. I do remember that people were claiming certain logos meant that companies were in league with oh... scary, scary powers... ohhhhhhh.

Also - reminds me of the pedantic priests and Hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church during the Middle Ages. Clergy, when they are desperate to amass power and the best way to do that is to make the world an increasingly scary place and keep it terrifying . It is religion on eternal 'Red Alert". --- We are watching the same mindset in the current administration - "Let no crisis go to waste!"

Yes, there may be great, kind, merciful mystical Imams out there, dr winger, but show them to me, perhaps? Show me the ones speaking of allowing Jews to live in peace in the Middle East, That All religions and ethnicities must live in peace and understanding.. the ones who say "love your enemies, do good to those who persecute you" "Be kind as your Father in heaven is kind for He allows the Rain to fall on the just and the unjust!"

IF any of these good Imams truly exist, why don't they speak out against this endless war against the West - that has been going on, for what, 60 years? Just because there are few great battles & amassed armies does not mean mankind is NOT at war. This World War has been going on at least since 1947 - Now, show me Islam's man of peace, show me the Imam who is on their news every night speaking words of REAL peace - peace not only for good, upright, obedient Muslims but for all of us no matter what we think and believe.
