Ahhhh, Joe Biden. Once again he’s proven that he is the comedy writer’s best friend.
This morning he went on the CBS Early Show to hype Obama’s “stimulus” program and the new government website that lets us track how our money is being spent (or China’s money, as the case may be).
Unfortunately for poor ol’ Joe, he had to admit he didn’t know what the website is. In fact, he didn’t appear to know what the internet is.
“You know, I’m embarrassed,” a flustered Biden admitted. (Looking for help off camera) “Do you know the website number? I should have it in front of me and I don’t. I’m actually embarrassed. (after receiving the information from off camera) Excuse me. It’s recovery.gov. Recovery.gov.”
What’s the website number? We just called information. It’s 1-800-BONEHEAD.

Biden is comic relief ("This is gold, Jerry, gold!") for conservatives... for those who actually know WHO he is and if the mainstream media accidentally airs one of his dependable "gaffe machine" statements. I believe Obama's people have him locked up in an obscure closet, serving him plates of wagyu steak, and letting him out just often enough for some fresh air and to do as little damage as possible when talking to the media.
well, after Al Gore invented the internet he should have told fellow democrats how to dial in...not a team player that Gore guy.
Obama picked Biden so everyone would focus on that dumbass instead of the mess he's making of the stimulus bill.

That alone we would not be enough to pick on anyone for--anyone could do that. But, seriously, we have never in our life heard anyone say website "number."
And the real thing, and why we published the story, is that you will not hear the mainstream media say a thing about it. Why should they, you ask? Because they found it appropriate to make fun of Bush and Cheney over their alleged lack of any technical knowledge as often as possible.
One of the most widespread comments about Bush's "technological stupidity" was how he was "amazed" at supermarket scanners in 1988. This has long been proven false and documented at Snopes.com. So, even false stories about republicans get more coverage than true stories about democrats.
