You’ve probably heard about Alvin Greene, the guy South Caroline Democrats nominated to run against popular Republican Jim DeMint for the U.S. Senate.
This Olbermann interview features awkward moments of silence. Long, awkward moments of silence. And those were the best parts of the interview. In fact, they may have been the best moments of any Keith Olbermann show we’ve ever seen.
Greene is a Democrat, so of course, Olbermann treated him with the utmost respect despite the fact that he has a felony obscenity charge pending against him and despite the fact that he appears to be certifiably insane.
Greene, that is, not Olbermann. Although he’s pretty damned crazy, too.

I agree with a few previous posters. I feel sorry for this guy. His party is ashamed of him, the Democrat mouthpiece Olbermann talked to him like he was 5 years old and this dude has received no funding from the Democrats, yet, he sacked up, stayed in the race using his own money AND STILL got as many votes as Harry "Mob Ties" Reid got in Nevada. I wish Alvin would move to Nevada and knock Harr-o out of the next primary.
Omigoodness, I just figured it out! When Obama finally throws Gibbs under the bus (you know--wolves WILL be wolves) he can pick this dude (dud?) up! He'd be the perfect replacement for the bumbling, stuttering, question-dodging Gibbs!
Hell, this guy would be so effective that after only about a minute the press corps would be so confused and frustrated they'd just stop asking questions!
Okay...Something is TERRIBLY wrong here. Something really strange and I would even say devious happened here. I feel it in my bones. I don't know what is going on but this guy should not be in the position he is in right now. Something happened and he got caught up in the wrong place and wrong time and someone is behind this guy and I hope that someone can do some research on this.
He is mentally unstable or else mentally disabled. Someone else is pulling the strings.

I was on the edge of my seat the entire time...
the only thing that could have made that more fun/painful to watch would have been if grayson had showed up too.
