We can go one better than Nancy, Harry, Barry and their co-conspirators. How about trying the “mass self-executing rule?”

In all reality Republicans have used it as well so this is nothing new. The newness is because it is being proposed to be used in such a HUGE spending bill that will in essence make the government so big that it will be difficult to shrink it or reverse the effects of it. Also because this bill is SO unpopular yet the powers that be don't give a crap about the people, they just want the power that it promises to bring.
Obama is taking advantage of the powers that were granted slowly but surely to the executive branch by the legislative and judicial branch in the past 30 or 40+ years. Nixon would have been so excited to have been President right about now. What he couldn't do back when he was President he could do now and more than likely get away with it.
We didn't curtail the power exchange in time (before Obamy took office) so he is taking advantage of it and taking even more power unto himself. All this cumulative power ended up in the hands of a man that didn't repudiate it, but embraced it full force. I ALMOST cannot blame him because it was there for the taking, but at the same time I am angry because he wasn't a better person (like he promise -I myself never believed-) like his predecessors and instead of stating that he would shrink govt and stop the nonsense he just made the greedy choice of going for more power grabs. Which is of course disgusting.
What to do? Storming the White House and Congress and the Supreme Courts looks good on paper, but is that really feasible? Most Americans STILL are very moderate and even handed and sadly our rights seem to be limited to voting and making polite calls and writing polite letters or else we are demonized as radicals racists. We don't want to stir the waters, not get in trouble or go to prison. We are afraid of the government, the government is not afraid of us. We don't want to be penalized, so we play this let's-wait-and-see game. We are loosing AND we know it, but we don't want to make a move that will make our loosing even worst.
What will it take to take us out of this situation we are in...? Do not know. I am waiting for a leader that knows what he or she is doing and is willing to do the right thing from the off. Not making an appearance yet.

The big question-will American voters put their money where their mouth is and rise up against these "rulers" ? They no longer govern us-they rule us-that is not what a democratic republic is-and that is not what America means to the rest of the world.
That said-on a serious not, and opposite most of my posts, I think it is time to rise up, guns and arrows in hand, and say enough-we are taking back our country from tyrants, self proclaimed monarchs, and psychotic ideologues who are destroying us. Anyone agree?
