A new anti-Obama billboard has popped up at the intersection of Highways 6 & 50 in Grand Junction, Colorado. This one features Jimmy Carter contemplating that he’s the worst president anymore.

When we had carter we had the "energy" crisis. Cars lined up for gas and 5 gal limit.
When Carter went away, so the energy crisis.
Now we have "global warming" and "carbon" and another liberal trying to stall America by running her out of gas
