Time for perjury and obstruction charges for all three. That way the next time the are given an oath, they should have a firm understanding of what happens when you try and BS an investigation.
Dorian Johnson should be charged with the murder of Brown because Johnson was involved in a crime at the time of his death.

So essentially, after Dorian was offered protection he told the truth, but they left that out?
