Fox News has details on the White House’s latest environmental inanity:
This year’s White House Easter Egg roll will be eggs-actly what the bunny ordered. The environmentally concerned bunny, that is.
A White House announcement Monday said the eggs at this year’s April 5 roll will be made from paperboard that contains no wood fibers from endangered forests, is recyclable and features vegetable-oil based inks and a water-based coating.
What’s more, they’ll come in purple, pink, green and yellow and feature the stamped signatures of both President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.
Just what every three year old kid wants — a phony autograph of Barack Obama on a phony Easter egg.
Doesn’t that just sum up this administration perfectly?

He likes himself so much he autographs the eggs!!?? Plus one fake egg most likely cost more than a dozen real ones, but at least the tree-huggers are happy because that is all that matters.
Just what the heck is so environmentally wrong about a real egg? Give me a freakin break! His phony eggs probably cost twice as much.
Awesome. All I want to know is how much this thing cost? Did he pay for it himself or was this out of my pocket? "green" stuff cost more money than real stuff... just asking the question.
