Can someone please explain to us why there is a single Jew left in America who supports Obama and the Democrats? No, seriously. Someone explain, because It is a complete mystery to us.
Especially now that the Obama administration has used the most twisted logic imaginable to justify listing Israel as a nation that supports terrorism.
CNS News has the bizarre details:
In an implicit admission that Israel is so threatened by terrorism that it is not only surrounded by countries and territories that produce terrorists but also unwillingly harbors terrorists within its own territory in a way the most other nations in the world do not, the Obama administration is currently listing Israel among 36 “specially designated countries” it believes “have shown a tendency to promote, produce, or protect terrorist organizations or their members.”
To review, Israel is threatened by terrorism. Israel unwillingly harbors terrorists. Therefore, Israel promotes terrorism.
It’s going to take someone much smarter than us to figure out the serpentine logic in that statement.

How does someone read the CNS News article and then title their article: Un-freakin’-believable: Obama puts Israel on list of countries that support terrorism?
Someone needs to work on their reading comprehension skills. Obviously, it is a large problem among right-wing journalism because there are hundreds of websites quoting this same article and somehow spinning that to read Obama is calling Israel a terrorist.

“ICE Spokeswoman Gillian Christensen told CNSNews.com that the U.S. also considers Israel, as well as some other countries on the “specially designated countries” list, as partners in the struggle against terrorism.
“The U.S. does not and never has considered Israel to have links to terrorism, but rather they are a partner in our efforts to combat global terrorism,” Christensen said in a written statement. “Countries may have been included on the list because of the backgrounds of arrestees, not because of the country’s government itself.”
“The United States maintains close intelligence-sharing relationships with many of these countries in order to address security issues within their own borders and in our mutual pursuit of safety and security around the globe,” said Christensen.
ICE declined to say who put Israel on the list or when Israel was put there. However, in her written statement, ICE spokeswoman Christensen said the “specially designated country” list had been created "at least" seven years ago--which would have been during the presidency of George W. Bush--and that ICE was not responsible for creating it.”
I used to support everything Jewish in the United States but now and since the Jews supported this President at 65% and voted for him....Israel will reap what they sow. I for one will be on the sidelines. If they do not care about their home country neither do I.

As for why most American Jews support Obama and the Democrats, I realize this will always be hard for you to accept, but most Jews are liberals.

this is probably an act to not fund israel any longer, which in my opinion is good, even though this is a cowardly way of going about it. I dont side with israel often and im not saying i believe they harbor terrorists, for why would a country who every major terrorist group (as well politicians it seems) have sworn them as their enemy tolerate that? But hell, beat around the bush and stop giving them money is okay in my books. how many american dollars went into each Palestinian being beaten, shot or even bombed? im sure a good percentage.
Of all the misspent billions to enemy-states, Israel is the only one we SHOULD support. They don't qualify as an enemy nearly as readily as any of the others, who are without any doubt wishing the U.S. to die.
Well, going back to the story Israel has in the past funded both Hamas and the Pakistani Taliban. Terrorist organisations according to the us. However I'd be very suprised if this takes a dime from the 30bn dollars Obama promised Israel in military aid over the next decade. If he was being logical he would put his own country on the list too.
