Democrat Louise Slaughter, namesake of the aptly named Slaughter Solution, is in contention to take the Dumbest Member of Congress title away from Nancy Pelosi.
In this clip, Republican Paul Ryan tries to explain his healthcare solution. In fact, he tries repeatedly. But Slaughter is either too dumb to understand what he’s saying or she plays dumb.
We think it’s the former, because she eventually turns for help to Democrat Congressman Xavier Becerra, but he’s also too dense to get it.

The frightening part is that if she is this stupid, can you imagine the people who voted for her? And she is appallingly rude as well. This tape should be played next to the tape of Obama getting "interrupted" by Bret Baier. She never shut up long enough to HEAR much less process what she was told. Bret was trying to focus the interview, this woman keeps asking the same question over and over, even when she is told she has not understood what was said. Start your neighborhood get out the vote committees for November.

I just heard Slaughter saying that getting this health bill passed was a relief, "like we've been pregnant for two months." Well! How appropriate! We all know how they feel about pregnancy! Now, I supposed we're all going to be punished with their baby!
