It’s pretty obvious by now that the President isn’t going in the same direction as the rest of the country. But now he’s not even going in the same direction as his teleprompter.
Perhaps he was confused by the thunderous applause at a meeting of the Congressional Black Caucus. Or perhaps he just can’t help himself from moving to the left.

Well, the other podium didn't have that icky presidential seal. How nationalistic to make him stand at a podium with a presidential seal.

Heh...which could be taken to represent his WHOLE presidential bid campaign last year: during the campaign he tried to run as (right) fiscally conservative and low taxes....and as soon as he wins the presidency runs screaming for the far left where he really wants to be. :-P
