It’s pretty obvious by now that the President isn’t going in the same direction as the rest of the country. But now he’s not even going in the same direction as his teleprompter.
Perhaps he was confused by the thunderous applause at a meeting of the Congressional Black Caucus. Or perhaps he just can’t help himself from moving to the left.
