Taxes are, like, hard to understand, and stuff. It’s even worse when you’ve spent your entire political career creating new taxes and fees and tax categories and tax loopholes.
Just ask Nancy Pelosi who has a hard time figuring out exactly what a tax on unearned income is. Pelosi was explaining a new tax that will help pay for Obamacare.
When a reporter asked whether that meant there would be additional tax on capital gains, Pelosi responded the tax would hit all “unearned income, whatever category that is.”
The reporter dared to actually repeat the question again, “So, capital gains?”
And Pelosi retorted, “No, unearned income, whatever category that is.”
OK, by the way, Nancy, unearned income is, in part, defined as: Income from interest, dividends, annuities, royalties, and rents, other than such income which is derived in the ordinary course of a trade or business.
Sounds a lot like capital gains to us.
But what do we know? We don’t create taxes, we just pay ‘em.

Unearned income... she makes it sound like it is OK to tax those because people didn't work for them.
Dave, in her case, the latter is my gut. however, Nan seems to be able to lie and believe it-so your guess is as good as mine. Lets call it a draw, and agree that she is the second most evil person in the US. Second only to Ohitler.
