It’s not just the lame duck Congress, it’s the blame duck Congress. Princess Pelosi blames the Republicans for the fact that she’s the most hated person in Washington.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi blamed Republican-funded attacks for her low approval ratings Wednesday, moments after Democrats re-elected her to head the party as minority leader in next year’s Congress.
“How would your ratings be if $75 million were spent against you?” Pelosi said, after being asked about her low approval ratings.
An NBC/Wall Street Journal poll taken at the end of October found that only eight percent of independents have a favorable view of Pelosi and just 24 percent of the general population approves of her job as Speaker. In the waning days of the 111th Congress, 73 percent disprove Congress as a whole, according to the Real Clear Politics poll average.
When asked why she decided to run for another term in party leadership despite the low ratings, she replied, “Because I’m an effective leader. Because we got the job done on health care and Wall Street reform and consumer protections. The list goes on. Because they know that I’m the person that can attract the resources both intellectual and otherwise to take us to victory because I have done it before.”
To paraphrase the immortal words of Shirley Ellis:

It is amazing how personal responsibility is not part of the liberal lingo.
How much did the Democratic party spend during the elections trying to vilify every non-Democrat candidate in the country. And most of them still won, so their "approval ratings" were pretty good. Seriously this woman is certifiable. She just can't see reality much less accept it!

Talk about a gift that keeps on giving...she may be insane. And what does that say about the 143 Kommiecrats that voted for her?

All's I can think about was that line from the end of the Dicky Roberts movie -- "The bitch that was a bitch but didn't know that she was a bitch".
She is truly delusional -- it would be a self-limiter if people wouldn't give her power. I can only hope that the donks learn from their mistakes, and cut her back, but it doesn't look good. She had her chance, and she blew it, and apparently, no lib is wondering if "Hmmm. Maybe we went too far?", or "with these sh*tty approval ratings, it's more than just an advertising problem -- gosh darn it, people really *do* hate my guts."
I suppose that they are unable to handle the fact that the American people are rising up against a self-created 'ruling class'. Man, I like that article Codevilla wrote.

He has it out in book form, but this works just fine...
It exposes what we are really fighting, and shows why it is important.
It's amazing how different human minds can think. There are actually some people that can look at her and hear her speak and think " yea she's got it all together", and others like myself that look at her and think, " freakin nut case".
I've got a padded cell just for her, if need be.
