The man who once drew 200,000 people in Berlin is now lucky to fill half an arena in Cleveland.
For god’s sake, man, this was billed as the Democrats’ final big election rally. The one that was going to close the enthusiasm gap. The one that was going to recapture the magic.

Nevertheless, you could have fired a cannon in this arena on Sunday despite the fact that this get-out-the-vote event featured both President Obama and Vice President Biden.
Total capacity 13,000. Total attendance 8,000.
Empty promises = empty seats.

many heads, though still a little covered in doo doo, have seen the light for the first time in 2 years, having been yanked from the asses of their owners. Now lets hope they vote like adults today!
I love seeing those half empty, excuse me, half full campaign venues. Maybe the country is coming out of its two year binge.
