Exactly. While a person has a right to privacy, they give large parts of that up when they enter public life. The opinion of the courts on this is quite simple -- if you value your privacy, why are you trying to be famous?
While I'm perfectly happy not having seen, for example, Reagan's BC, the sheer obstinacy and obfuscation that goes with this particular instance has me suspicious. I think that the social engineers on the left have tried to place the question into "if you ask it, you're a crackpot" territory, and spent millions keeping it under wraps for a reason. The alternative is simply too cheap. That only makes the contrarian in me want to see it even more.
However, my suspicion is that, unlike his transcripts, it probably does not exist at all.
