As you’ve surely heard, Mel Gibson stuck his big, fat Aussie foot in his mouth again when he said that the mother of his latest child dressed like a tramp and that her choice of clothing would cause her to get “raped by a gang of niggers.”
Whoopi Goldberg, usually the first person to cry racism and the last person we’d ever expect to defend Gibson, did exactly that.
We’re speechless.
Too bad Mel wasn’t.

I have a question; "Why should we give a r@t's @ss about what celebrities think, or what other celebrities think about what they (celebrities) think?" That's one of the major failings we have today is the public fawning over celebrities and their inflated life styles and egos. That is also one of the major reasons we have Obongo and most of his cronies in positions of power today as well... They were marketed as "celebrity politicians" to the great unwashed masses who hang the Moon on the every move of the likes of Kevin Federline, Lindsey Lohan, Oprah Winfrey, and Paris Hilton. (Just to name a few) If you have enough perspective to set back and be entertained by these idiots, that's one thing... But when you let "entertainers and athletes" actions and opinions dictate your political views... You're bound to end up in the situation we have now.

Look, Gisbson is a troubled man, he has issues involving race, religion, gender, & alcohol. The man is maybe the best actor of the last 20 years, but he is a bad guy. He really needs to hit bottom & change his life. I just don't see that happening right now.
Robert Downey Jr. did it. It took him a LOOOONNGGGG time but he did it. It just takes that one THING and the person can change (well if they want to in the end).
KQ, I will tell you as a longtime fan of Glenn Beck, one can bottom out & change their life. But Beck asks anyone who claims to have changed 1 question...what is your pivot point? What was the moment you said ENOUGH? Right now, Mel Gibson & Lindsey Lohan need to hit bottom, but sometimes you hit bottom with death. I have known several people who bottomed out like tha in life, & I've tried to learn from their mistakes.
Heath Ledger in my opinion is another example. Sadly once you bottom out with death there is no way OUT OR BACK from it. Hopefully Lindsay can make it back (like Britney) and the same from Mel. I too learn a lot from the mistakes of others, that is all that we can do is to emulate the good and repel the bad.
Okay, listen to how she puts it. Basically, she is saying that anyone she calls a friend and she has let into her house with her kids cannot be a racist. Somehow she thinks that she has some kind of racist-radar and that if she did not figure him out to be a racist and therefore let him in her home that he cannot be a racist. Then, since he decided to make a completely racist and anti-semetic rant about jews being the cause of all the terrible things that have happened in the world it was okay since he was drunk.
This woman is completely and unalterably deluded and I find her more funny when making these seemingly serious statements then any time in the past where she was supposed to be funny as a comedian. What a retard!
OK, I get it. Whoopi is drunk all the time, hence all the stupid stugg she babbles everyday. Makes sense.

Kimmy-the pulansky rapist thing is not about race. I was saying that whoopi is out of her mind, as she says roman pulansky didn't rape a 13 year old, whom he had drugged.

I wasn't talking about your comment. Mel said that the way she dressed would somehow make her a target to black rapists. Rapists can appear in any color of the rainbow. His indication that specifically the rapists would be black in my opinion makes it a racist statement. He could have very easily said that since she dresses like a whore she could easily be mistaken for one and be raped (period), however talking like that to the mother of your child in my opinion is deplorable.
That is the irony of whoopi saying he isn't a racist.
What's even more interesting about Mel and his rants is this:
When he had an equally vitriolic rant against Jews, Hollywood, which is 90% Jews forgave him overnight. But self loathing hollywood(which is why they forgave him) is so concerned with political correctness, they have crucified him over the racist comments about blacks and hispanics.
It is just more proof that Hollywood are mentally deficient on all plains, be they political, social, religious or economic.
As long as he is only attacking Jews, Mel's career will go onward and upward-but bring blacks or hispanics into it, and that is that.
It should also be noted that for a man who is supposedly such a devout Catholic, he certainly is a hateful man! Would seem to me that this guy absorbed a little more of what his Holocaust denying father spewed than previously let on!
I agree. For a man that supposedly knows the Lord Jesus he has a lot of issues still to resolve (is he trying to resolve them?). Leaving a long standing marriage and "dozens" of kids for a younger woman (to me a gold digging woman to tell you the truth... I am sure she allowed herself to get pregnant to trap him), spewing hate left and right, being obscene, being still a drunkard....

The thing in Hollywood is that, like the government, they root for the underdog. So when an underdog gets molested they rally against the underdog. Sometimes though the underdog is not really one just a groupd crying victimhood to get those political gains and power. I wonder if one day once gays and lesbians are no longer underdogs, will there be free for all on them at some point? Well not unless they continue to convince people that they are still victims.

Weird because this is pretty blatant to me. there is no need for him to go there anyone can be a rapist regardless of skin color. Also he probably shouldn't be talking that way anyway about a woman getting raped that is disgusting.
Note: Got to see it now. This is a racist statement even if perhaps the man himself is not a racist, but it is hard to make the distinction as this is not the first time he has said something racist or racist inclined. I feel that it is her personal relationship with him that makes her defend him, however if someone else who is a conservative had said it and she didn't know him well enough she would ranted against.
