In case you counted yourself among those who were baffled by the Justice Department’s decision not to prosecute the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation, let us clear it up for you. Or to be more accurate, let the Party’s fan page from President Obama’s official campaign website clear it up for you.
Make no mistake about it, the New Black Panther Party is part of Obama’s team. Is. Was. Always has been.

Two idiots are not a "party." There was an injunction forcing these clowns away from voting areas. There was nothing to prosecute form a voter intimidation perspective. No one was intimidated from voting or not voting. This is more right wing B.S.

There is no way that you get off so easily from such a serious charge if someone in the higher rung is not a friend or at least friendly to you.
It's a little freaky, is what it is. I have no idea why they'd drop charges after they'd already won the case -- it would certainly have kept things from getting (more) overheated.
But that's how you can tell if you've got Holder on the phone -- he's trying to reverse the charges before you even say hello.
