The Washington Post religion writer didn’t disappoint on Monday’s O’Reilly show when she explained that the reason Barack Obama and the First Family went to church last weekend is because America’s just filled to the brim with “prejudice and bigotry.”
Got that? Our Most Christian President Ever wouldn’t have had to go to church nor, we assume, even have wanted to go to church if you weren’t such a bigot.

Unless he is Roman and has a day of obligation, no Christian church requires attendance. This is right up there with the apologies that read "I am so sorry that in your stupidity yu took offencse at anything I may have said (or done)." Blame the other. Maybe he should be looking for that speck in his own eye. . .
Absolutely. Working (true) Christians have a personal relationship with a personal G-d. It is possible to truly worship in the home, office, middle of the field, whatever. Christians can worship by themselves, with just another person or with a multitude of people. However Christians are exhorted (not obligated) to go to a church building to worship with others for the community and the support system that it brings. The location and the numbers around oneself per se are not as important as the state of the soul the person is in while they are worshipping. This is why I believe that Obama may not necessarily be in the right soul place IF indeed it is true that he truly felt obligated to go to church only because of others. Also if he went because there was a muslim speaker and not because of desire to be there to worship G-d with others, that also speaks volumes about his character and priorities.
Indeed it speaks volumes to the character and priorities of this Quinn lady as well.

Methinks that this particular passion play is lacking in all respects except being unclear on the concept of a Savior. It is offensive in the same way that those darwin fishes on the backs of cars are offensive, and it is only the true Christian nature of the people being mocked that keeps people from calling them on it.

I saw it and I was aghast at the remarkable stupidity of this woman. It is OUR fault that he was FORCED to go to Church?! He was forced to go to church (because of people's opinions whatever they may be)... Think about that... If he was forced to go to church doesn't that tell you more about him and what kind of person HE IS than about the people that supposedly force him through their opinions of him? How can opinions and polls force him to do something that he should do on his own volition? That tells me he just doesn't want to do it then. Who cares what people think? If he has the balls to be his own person he should do what he wants to do (and he does) so in if this is a move to appease people then he is an hypocrite and that speaks volumes about who he is regardless of what people think or say about him.
It is idiotic and completely extreme. If he doesnt want to go to church then he shouldn't have to go to church, all I ask is that he don't lie about his faith because it bugs me. I would rather he admit what he is really all about that going to a church building attempting to appease people. He is not convincing me of anything different of what I thought of him before and he most certainly is not going to fool G-d.

Exactly. If he is agnostic, atheist, muslim or what not then just say it. I don't care. It MAY affect the way people vote, but at least he should have the balls to be his own person and live in truth. If he wins he wins with the truth and if he looses then he looses with dignity. A lot of people wouldn't have minded, I personally had a LOT of OTHER reasons to not vote for him. If he was small government, conservative spending non socialist type of guy and he said I am an atheist, but I respect that there are people who do believe in G-d... it is all good in my neighborhood. Saying he is a Christian makes people have certain EXPECTATIONS of him and his behavior it is only natural. He would have saved himself a lot of issues if he had specified his branch of religion, or else be truthful about any faith or faithless beliefs and behave accordingly from the start. This whole he was FORCED business is way out of line.
