Democrats used “cowboy” as the ultimate insult to George Bush. Now – gasp – Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has used the same word to insult Barack Obama.
The Associated Press has this news round-up:
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad derided Obama on Wednesday, depicting him as an ineffective leader influenced by Israel to target Iran more aggressively.
“American materialist politicians, whenever they are beaten by logic, immediately resort to their weapons like cowboys,” Ahmadinejad said in a speech before a crowd of several thousand in northwestern Iran.
“Mr. Obama, you are a newcomer (to politics). Wait until your sweat dries and get some experience. Be careful not to read just any paper put in front of you or repeat any statement recommended,” Ahmadinejad said in the speech, aired live on state TV.
Something may have been lost in the translation, but we think Ahmadinejad is saying, “Stop watching MSNBC, Buckeroo. Give Fox a try.”

Ahmadinejad obviously loves his country music. He should stock up on his Merle Haggard CDs and release his version of "Fighting side of me" or maybe not! I'd prefer if he did "Lay me down beside my darling" or better still "I've been unfaithful to everyone I loved"!! He should lay down beside his darling and quit and he has been unfaithful to those he was to reform for!
Ahmadinejad may be a good country singer but he is a lousy politician. And he is a lousy Saddam imitator and all - I'm sure imitating that particular person does not go down too well in Iran!
So, Ahmadinejad should go back to his singing career and sell his albums to the Israelis who he loves and the Arabs who he is a member of. He should leave Iran as he ain't even Persian. Why should a failed country singer from an ethnic minority become president? And when he does, use country and western imagery to insult his friends like Barack Obama. If he was open to other types of music, I'm sure he would know that Obama is into blues and not country (although old country and blues are the same anyway! But Ahmadinejad would not know that as he only sings Eddy Arnold songs - the first country singer not to sing blues!).
Ahmadinejad is a fraud - he is a member of the global elite. His policies are fake and geared toward the rich. He is not only a fraud but he is a hypocrite. He promised to be the President of the PEOPLE of Iran but has instead carried on the policies for the rich. He is a Western big business ally and stokes tension to raise oil prices for the greedy elite. His contrived statements like Obama being a cowboy are straight from his fellow Arab, Saddam Hussein (yes, Ahmadinejad is not even Iranian (Persian) - he is an Arab). Ahmadinejad is the only Iranian who mourned Saddam's execution because he prefers this Arab dictator than Persians (like Saddam, Ahmadinejad loaths Iran and Persians and wants to make Iran an Arab version of Apartheid South Africa with the Arab minority in Iran dominating the majority Iranian/Persian population). He would call it Arabistan and all if he could! Ahmadinejad is also a stoat of the third degree - a freemason.
Cowboys everywhere are not happy with this comparison.
I think the Brokeback Mountain crowd (all "both" of them!) are comfortable with it.
i cant even read the article, because im so pissed about that image, obama is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of a cowboy, and its pretty sickening, im very sensitive about my cowboys and indians, at least bush actually had a ranch, and knew how the hell to ride a horse
