Hard to believe, but it was a mere six years ago the Goracle descended from on high to warn mankind that global warming would inevitably lead to more hurricanes and stronger hurricanes.
He foresaw nothing but death and destruction and a little more jingly in his pocket.

According to a new peer-reviewed research paper accepted to be published, only 69 tropical storms were observed globally during 2010, the fewest in almost 40-years of reliable records.
Furthermore, when each storm’s intensity and duration were taken into account, the total global tropical cyclone accumulated energy (ACE) was found to have fallen by half to the lowest level since 1977.

When there are fewer hurricanes than normal, it is due to global warming.
When there is normal amount of hurricanes, it is due to global warming.
Tornadoes are caused by Global Warming. Heat is caused by Global Warming. Cold is caused by Global Warming. So if there's no Global Warming, there's no weather at all?
