Man who brought us Great Recession now addressing climate

HenryPaulson.jpg
Relax, the man who brought us the Great Recession is here. Now he’s going to save us from Global Warming like he saved us from the mortgage crisis. “I’m a businessman, not a climatologist,” says former Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, “but I’ve spent a considerable amount of time with climate scientists and economists who have devoted their careers to this issue. There is virtually no debate among them that the planet is warming…”

Oklahoma is derived from the Choctaw words red and people

EmbarrassedIndian.jpg
Guess what: Oklahoma is a name derived from the Choctaw words “red” and “people.” Wait ’til politically correct liberals hear about this:

“Oklahoma is the 20th most extensive and the 28th most populous of the 50 United States. The state’s name is derived from the Choctaw words okla and humma, meaning ‘red people’.”

AP retracts story

AP retracts story. Originally the AP reported that “mass graves” of children were found at a Catholic orphanage in Ireland; and the church refused to baptize them and give them Christian burials because they were born of unwed mothers; and most of the bodies were found in a septic tank. Now the AP admits the children were baptized and given Christian burials, and also admits they aren’t sure any bodies were in the old septic tank.

When pedophiles run the school

When pedophiles run the school. Parents of students at Crockenhill Primary School in Kent, England, are fuming over a school-sanctioned pole dancing demonstration that featured performers as young as four years old. “The shorts they had on showed more than they should and a lot of people were leaving as a result of it,” said one parent. Leaving? Instead of leaving they should have been hanging school officials from the top of the pole. By the neck.

Republican introduces Dog Ate My Tax Receipts Resolution

SteveStockman.jpg
Republican congressman introduces “Dog Ate My Tax Receipts Resolution.” The legislation would allow taxpayers to use the same excuses during IRS audits that the Obama administration uses during various scandals like the one at the IRS. We especially like excuse number 10: “At this point, what difference does it make?”

Buzzfeed tries to slander Republican congressman

Buzzfeed tries to misquote and slander Republican congressman. Here’s columnist Andrew Kaczynski’s first headline:
BF1.jpg

“Republican Rep. Tim Huelskamp Thursday declared that women are “desperately looking for a husband” during a speech at the March for Marriage in Washington D.C.”

After he was forced to retract, here’s the new more-accurate headline:
BF2.jpg

“Republican Rep. Tim Huelskamp Thursday talked Thursday about the need for husbands to step up, and become ‘real men’ – because their children need them…”

Connecticut high school blocks Internet access to conservative sites

NonnewaugChiefs.jpg
Connecticut high school blocks Internet access to conservative websites. NRA site? Blocked. Gun control sites? No problem. State GOP site? Blocked. State Democrat Party site? No problem. Right-to-life sites? Blocked. Planned Parenthood? No problem. Etc. God forbid kids learn there are two sides to an argument.

Professor terminated after publishing column skeptical of Global Warming

Professor terminated 2 days after publishing column skeptical of Global Warming. All the poor guy did was point out that Planet Earth hasn’t warmed in over 19 years and suggest that, consequently, Africa should use whatever kind of energy it wants. This is what they wrote him:

“We would like to inform you that we are terminating your position as an Associate Fellow of the Institute for Policy Studies… Unfortunately, we now feel that your views on key issues, including climate science, climate justice, and many aspects of U.S. policy to Africa, diverge so significantly from ours…”

BBC asks if Hillary embarrassed by Russian reset

HillaryUnembarrassed.jpg
BBC asks Hillary if she’s embarrassed by her Russian “reset.” Her reply:

“No I think it was a brilliant stroke which in retrospect it appears even more so, because look at what we accomplished… Look where we are now. He invaded another country, so yes, but while we had that moment, we seized it, we used it, and succeeded.”

Oh. We hope she buys makeup in bulk because that pig will need a lot of lipstick.

Australian government confiscates $360 million private bank accounts

KangarooBankRobber.jpg
Australian government confiscates $360 million of private bank accounts. Before they were voted out of power, the Labor Party passed a law saying any bank account that sits idle for three years belongs to the government. So if you happen to be a retired person who set something aside for a rainy day, or a parent with an account for your child’s college education, or a farmer with an emergency fund… you’re screwed. A dingo’s got your baby now.

Obama himself said one of Talban Five was too dangerous to release

KhairullaSaidWaliKhairkhwa.jpg
Obama himself said one of the Talban Five was too dangerous to release. Three years ago, the Obama administration went to court to argue that Khairulla Said Wali Khairkhwa should be denied habeas corpus because of his Taliban leadership position and because he was “‘directly associated” with al-Qaeda. The judge agreed and ruled accordingly. So the White House went against themselves, against Congress, and against a judge’s ruling.
